I would like to thank you for attending my home to review the internal wiring and usage of electricity.

As I explained to you, I have had a long running dispute with my electricity supplier alleging that there was a fault in the mains wiring to the house rather than anything internal. Your testing of various loads and installations was of great assistance to me.

You provided me with various statistics to quote to EDF which clearly indicated that there was no internal problem.

I spoke to EDF the following morning and by 5pm that day an engineer was in attendance to inspect the 'head'. Due to the damage caused to this, it practically fell apart in his hands. This necessitated him having to call out a collegue to assist him in making good the damage. The head was replaced in its entirety and within an hour my dispute with EDF had been resolved.

Since Tuesday I have had no issues with the power supply which I had been experiencing for the previous few months.

I would like to thank you for your assistance and very reasonable charge in helping me take on the 'big boys'.

I would have no hesitation in recommending your services to anyone, you attended when you said you would, you did what was needed and left the property as you found it, ie neat and tidy.
